add a section control when installing tools

Ephemeris when installing tools from a yaml tool list, can't manage the section output name.
It could be great to deal with the section but also with already existing section names.
I'm working on a method to :

• extract panel, section list
• analyse the proximity between section name and if provided section in yaml file
• keep section name if match (default is a match to 95% of the string) and if not use default section value from the galaxy toolshed metadata or nothing ?
  I d'ont know if it could be interesting to users ?
