Expand the list of location

It would be awesome to add to the list of location options like "global", "Europe" instead of selecting only countries

It would be a good improvement.

For the paper though, we actually updated the event to have all of the countries that participated, but it would require a lot of implementation for instructors to be able to 'edit' their event after the fact to inform us of each coutnry that participated.

(Unfortunately given that we use the 'country field' type (and the associated validator) it's not as simple as just adding those entries. Will look into it when I can)
