Both UseGalaxy.org and UseGalaxy.eu already host it.

Note: this tool is somewhat difficult to find with a tool panel search. It is a good example of when a common short name for a tool isn't included in the usual tool xml places, and the first word in the tool's long name is non-specific (e.g. "remove"). "RUV" or "PRPS" is how the publication, and many users, will search for this one. I'm tagging his with "site/*" in hopes we'll find/use the example with future tool panel searching dev updates.
