Hi there - my Wintex settings are the following (image attached), Texecom Connect Hub is hooked up via Ethernet.

Screenshot 2022-07-28 at 21 24 18

and my config is very basic -

{
    "areas": [
        {
            "accessory": "security",
            "name": "Area A",
            "number": 1,
            "userCode": "****"
        }
    ],
    "zones": [],
    "host": "***.***.***.**",
    "port": 10001,
    "platform": "TexecomConnect"
}

It's connecting fine to the panel, but just looping on 'arming...' in the Home app

Any update on this? I've been able to connect and can see my sensors opening and closing. But the 'Arm' button doesnt work. The socket response is "Do you want to Silent Arm?" so its sending something but needs amending. Help appreciated. @garethflowers

I have the same issue. I have a ComIP on COM 1 set to Crestron, and a SmartCOM on COM 2 and 3 set to SmartCOM and ComIP respectively.

All of the sensors trigger brilliantly, and super fast. I can see the armed/disarmed state of the alarm. But if I try to arm it, it just sits on "Arming…" or "Disarming…", and the alarm going off doesn't trigger a notification.

This plugin works for arming with Home Assistant apparently if you’re looking for inspiration :) https://github.com/dchesterton/texecom2mqtt-hassio
