No access to LOV

The Plugin does not have access to LOV. A search yields:

Error Status: Connection problem API LOV - Access down

Using:

• Protege v5.5.0

The plugin remains without access to LOV.
Tried using: Protégé v4.3, v5.0.0 and v5.5.0
