The rgbasm -w flag disables all warnings, but opt w is not supported, although opt W... is.

(Should we also support -Wnothing as a counterpart to -Weverything? It might be easier for people who want to set some warning level which gets passed to W, whether as a CLI flag or as an opt value.)
