Refine LifeStage to support OBIS recommendations & include other resources

that there are likely many terms on the BODC life stage vocabulary used by OBIS that aren't in the GBIF registry.

It would likely be a good addition to review what we have and look to align (i.e. extend/synonymize) to be consistent with the OBIS recommendations (citing them as the source)

Regarding citation, note this vocabulary (and many others) are used/recommended by OBIS, but maintained by British Oceanographic Data Centre (BODC).

Leaving a comment here as this is the only relevant lifeStage issue I could find.

When refining lifeStage, be sure to also consider:

• Beglian Biodiversity Platform vocabularies #118 (lifeStage relevant vocabulary)
• NAOC mappings and concepts
• the potential inclusion of the concept mixed (https://discourse.gbif.org/t/the-vexed-question-of-occurrences-with-mixed-sexes-or-life-stages-in-darwin-core/3862/2) which is currently not considered in any of the other controlled vocabularies, but may make sense for GBIF-mediated data
• GloBI lifestage mapping

Be aware that a null interpreted lifeStage field can be overwritten by value interpretation in the dynamicProperties field: gbif/pipelines#478 (same vocabulary is used)
