Add unit tests

The code is not covered by tests at all, so things may break easily. A basic test should set up a jskos-server instance, set up BARTOC with its internal vocabularies (see bin/setup.sh, not import the latest dump) and check whether the application is reachable at known URLs such as /en/node/20000.
