DDC Conversion: Notations like `869:3` are converted to `869-3` #41

I'm not sure how this particular type of notation is called (that uses a :), but it does exist: https://deweyde.pansoft.de/webdewey/index_11.html?recordId=int%3a869%3b1%3b3

However, the conversion makes it into 869-3. This needs to be fixed.
