I just got a free trial of the OpenAI API and have never used it but i receive these errors after executing in model 3.5 and 4

I already paid for a premium account. should I pay separately for the API key?

key is free you got it from https://platform.openai.com/account/api-keys but i did mine and its doing the same

This means you do not have GPT4 access through the API yet. Premium accounts still get access to GPT4 through the web chat interface, not the API. The first screen shot indicates you do not have an API key available. Try recreating the API key and you should at least have access to GPT 3.5
