PyPi Release 7.21.2 #23

Hi Joaquin, hope all is well!

In piel, am pretty close to be ready to get a more stable 0.1 release using this gdsfactory in develop version with the fix from #19

However think would need 7.21.2 to be on pypi in order to do that. Would I be able to help with anything to do that pypi release?
