Hello
I am trying to get gseGO results with cluster profiler for 10X single cell data of Drosophila.
my data are with "symbol" which is not working and so no gseaGO results.
when I try gene conversion option of KEGG analysis, 80% of genes are getting omitted.
Any suggestions?
