Dear all,

The proposal has been made to obsolete GO:0065009 regulation of molecular function & children, see geneontology/go-ontology#22455.

The reason for obsoletion is that these terms represent the regulation of specific functions, but outside any biological context (ie, the pathway or program during which the molecular function is regulated is not captured with these terms). Because of this lack of context, these terms are not withing the scope of GO biological process.
