Apply SPARQL update to add missing providedBy annotations (redux 01)

It is still unclear how, but we will need to add the providedBy (group) annotations to a few more models due to some upstream software error that managed to miss adding them: geneontology/noctua#570

The known affected models are:

This would be intended to be a similar process to #84

Similar process, however the specific SPARQL Update will need to be regenerated. The providedBy values for each model were obtained by a separate SPARQL query.
