Error in simple mission

Describe the bug
Not sure what the exact bug is, all I know is that I got an error message that popped up on my screen and I thought it would be good to share.

To Reproduce
Have not been able to reproduce so far

Expected behavior
Set up a simple skirmish in a town to test VCOM and set up 2 teams with 3 squads each with motorized inf on both sides. Once one of the OPFOR vehicles exploded, this error message popped onto the screen. (see attached)
