[User Story] Export pdf/html report

Need

As a clinician I would like to be able to export a report in pdf/html format which contains the findings so I can archive this and send it along to physician.

Suggested approach

We can just summarise all the results in a structured report and have that exportable.

Can be closed when

• A pdf/html report showing the results is exportable from the frontend

Thinking ahead, perhaps it would be nice if one could "pin" or "flag" OTUs of concern and also write free-text conclusions per case. That way those could also be added to the report.

Perhaps this should go for future releases
