[User Story] Load data from additional analyses

Need

As a clinician I would like to be able to also load in information generated by other pipelines so I can get a more complete picture of my sample.

This is very dependant on what other follow-up analyses for metagenomics that will appear going forward. One could envision the following add-on analyses coming:

• Resistome analysis
• Assembly
• Species specific analyses
• Funtional scanning

While we don't know what is going to be coming, we should keep this in mind when deciding on architecture and design for the visualisation tool.
