Context

Deck.gl-layers aims to make it easier to integrate DeckGL layers to display Geoparquet (GeoArrow) data more efficiently. It can be used in standalone front-end (JavaScript/React) projects, but it is also leveraged behind the scenes in Lonboard - to be used in Python development environments.

Issue

We need to create a public-facing documentation site from within the Deck.gl-layers repo.
