Not sure if you guys are using iso2geoBL.xsl is your work, but I grabbed a copy to test some transformations of our Geodata@WI metadata. Long story short, I noticed the XSLT appears to be missing this element:
xsl:text"geoblacklight_version": "1.0",</xsl:text>
