User story

As a GeoKret player I want to be able to adopt a GeoKret so then the GeoKret belongs to me.

Acceptance criteria

This is an extend of GeoKrety claim adoption #84
The GeoKret MUST have adoption flag enabled
The GeoKret MUST have free adoption flag enabled
The tracking code MAY be provided to validate the ownership transfer
The free adoption flag MUST be cleared after adoption
