Declare a cache as muggled

There should be a chance to log a geokret as muggled.
Because my cache was muggled, and I renewed the box,
but the geokret is still listed in the inventory of my cache!?

How abaout a special graveyard cache where muggled
Geokrets can be parked?

Ok, but I am not the owner of this GeoKret.

Sorry in that specific case there is no automated solution (yet).
For OC, issue #556 may help, for GC as we're not affiliated (and certainly will never be) we have no automated solution.

We may provide a special page to declare a cache (via it's waypoint) as muggled, that will automatically archive all GK in such cache. But my concern is how can we prevent abuse? maybe we need a moderator for such request...
