The default in the benchmarking scripts is currently to create 6-panel comparison plots for State_Chm%Species. We should expand this to allow users to specify the diagnostic collection to plot. For example, generating comparison plots for State_Met fields will be especially useful when validating new meteorology field products (e.g. GEOS-IT).

PR #280 adds the option to create plots of dry deposition velocity (as described in #273).

Other plots will probaly need to be added on an as-requested basis.
