Syndicate to Bluesky

Indiekit handles Mastodon, but not Bluesky yet. I could try to contribute to it?

I like the idea of keeping syndication and Micropub separate, but don't like introducing a dependency on GitHub. So probably getindiekit/indiekit#618 is the better path.
