Pass metadata to pay_invoice when paying to a lightning address

When paying a lightning address we can include metadata (like the comment and lightning address or other LUD-18 data), so that in the transaction list we can show this info (normally we only see we paid an invoice, possibly with a memo if the recipient sets one)
