native gRPC support will be added in the future. It is in our roadmap. On the other hand, Ddosify has payload_file feature, but I'm not sure you can use it for this purpose.

We are planning to add this feature at Q1 of the 2022. Best case scenario is the middle of the Q1, worst case is end of the Q1.

Unfortunately, we couldn't prioritize this issue. We still would like to support gRPC but I can't give you a date. I'll update this issue once it is available.
