[Dokan wePOS]: A sell registered using wePOS is being added to the vendor's earning also.

Description of the Enhancement:
After a vendor registers a sale from the vendor dashboard while using Dokan with wePOS, the vendor earning is added to the vendor's withdrawable balance.

Expected Behavior:
When a vendor registers a sale using wePOS that means the money is already in the vendor's hand (like COD). If we add that money to the vendor's withdrawable balance, then the vendor can send a withdrawal request to the vendor for that money while the money is already in his/her hands.
So, we can exclude the money to be added to the vendor's withdrawable balance as we do when this setting is enabled in Dokan.

I need this function implemented for now. Could someone assist me with the code used to achieve this?

Specifically, I would like to exclude certain amounts from being added to the vendor's withdrawable balance, similar to how it works when the setting shown in this screenshot is enabled in Dokan: Dokan setting screenshot.

Once I have the code, I can customize it further based on my specific needs.
