Thanks for posting a discussion about homepage here on GitHub. Homepage now uses a fancy new AI tool thanks to our friends at Glime, so the answer below is the AI bot's attempt to answer your question. If you feel it's sufficient you can mark the answer and close this post, otherwise feel free to leave it open of course! Thanks for using Homepage! ❤️ It seems like you've successfully set up a custom API widget for Mailpit using Basic Authentication and you're sharing your configuration to help others or possibly to suggest it as an official feature for the homepage project. If you're looking to get this configuration officially supported or integrated into the homepage project, I would recommend opening a feature request on the homepage's GitHub repository. You can provide the details of your setup and how it benefits users who might want to integrate Mailpit with their homepage instance. If you're simply sharing this to help others, you might want to consider contributing to the project's documentation or discussions to share your insights and provide a guide for others who might want to set up something similar. In either case, it's great to see community members contributing and sharing their knowledge with others! This comment was generated by Glime. |

Description
Mailpit is a great smtp relay/testing tool.
I was able to set up a customapi without too much hassle, as shown below. The actual customapi used is also below.
BasicAuth is used for authenticaiton.
If this gets the upvotes, maybe it'll become official. If not, at least it might help someone else.
