Editing: Geopoint with any type of appearance

As of right now, geo questions are the only ones that differ form filling experience because we want the project managers to have all the functionality available to edit with more context no matter what the appearance is.

User Stories

As a PM editing a submission
I want to see all functionality (e.g. map, search bar, place name, and coordinate text fields) regardless of the appearance
So that I can adjust the accuracy with additional context

Given I want to edit a point
When I click the edit button in the accuracy panel (below the map)
Then I see the coordinate fields (accuracy, altitude, long, lat)

Notes

• Should panel with the fields always be expanded in edit mode, and then you save it when you're done editing that section? Would help prevent any accidental edits.
