Missing license

There is no license in this repository. I suggest specifying the content license (Creative Commons, copyright...?) and the software license.

I support a license change to Creative Commons SA, public domain or something similar. If you also like the idea, we just need to get the permission of the copyright holders before relicensing. There are just 8 contributors to this repository, so that should be easy.
