[Feature] Design the drawer in the Allocate Assets Page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a system admin, I want to identify the employee uniquely when allocating an asset. If an employee with same name comes, it is impossible to distinguish between them.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Design the way employee details are shown in the Assign drawer of Allocate Asset Page (Make it more UI/UX friendly)
• Implement a way to uniquely identify an employee
