[FEATURE] Update ABCD-Bioschemas mapping & Python version

Description

Latest updates of the Bioschemas mapping need to be integrated in the current version of the DTS.
In addition: So far it is necessary to change the Python version in the shell command used in the python_transformation function, as there are different settings between local and server deployment. Therefore, the command should be changed automatically depending on where the currently running application is located (python at localhost, else python3).
