Should we create a new folder called /tools/ for benchmark and other llama specific tools?

Had a look at the way examples are organized and I feel like we should relocate some of these 'examples' to a /tools/ folders such as gguf-split, etc...

the cultural difference between examples and /tools/ folder would be that files in /tools/ folder is targeting more towards developers rather than users.
