Can we make a message at boot?

It can be simply program that prints a file at startup.

Yes, the ASCII art looks very fun :)

It's not a great idea to show a bunch of ASCII art at boot by default, since many folks want to see the boot screen to show various system settings which would otherwise be scrolled off...

However, it would be quite easy for you to customize your system to display whatever you want: just add the ASCII art to the file /etc/issue, which is displayed by login before its prompt. The default contents of /etc/issue are "ELKS v0.6.0\n".
