Describe the feature or enhancement.

Without adding it to the video group, programs/games have no access to Vulkan, as I have experienced with my AMD graphics card

"I tried to run Dota -> in the terminal there were complaints about permission denied to the video card from steam itself and the game. The result was that even in the main menu of the game was 2-3 FPS. After I added my user to the video group, and after restarting the session. Steam and the game started working fine. (Dota use Vulkan API)"

Why this request?

GhostBSD is a ready-to-use OS after installation. But without this enhancement you have a not fully working graphic
