Mounted EXT3 Internal Hard Disk Does Not Show Contents Reliably In Caja

Explain the issue and what happens

When using the terminal, you can cd to the directory containing the file contents (/media/ada1p1) and ls and the file contents of the ext3 disk are shown. However, when you browse in Caja to /media/ada1p1, the contents show as if it is an empty disk. It is spinning rust, not an SSD.

Explain how to reproduce the bug?

Install internal Sata disk into computer formatted ext3. Then allow MATE to load . Load up caja and try to view the disk. Then load a terminal and try to view the contents of the disk.
