Description:
Tabs are shaking.

Steps to Reproduce:
Reproduction steps are needed to be found.

Expected Results:
Tabs should work normally.

Versions:

Browser: Ghostery Private Browser 2023.6 (eeffcf3)
OS: MacOS 13.4.1 (c)

We have another report from a user.

But still, I cannot reproduce such a situation.

So far it has been reported on MacOS and Windows 11. On the affected Windows 11 profile, disabling hardware acceleration seems to avoid the problem.

Update regarding the Windows 11 profile (integrated AMD graphics card) . Seems to still happen, even with disabled hardware acceleration.

Details:
AMD Ryzen 7 4700U with Radeon Graphics 2.00 GHz
RAM 16.0 GB
Windows 11 Pro (Version: 23H2)

I was able to reproduce this on macOS 14.6.1 and on Windows 11.
