blink "\e[5" doesn't work

hi. i'm not sure if i need to set something in configuration, cursor blink works but as ANSI escape blink does not.

echo -e "\e[5mblink\e[0m"

blinks on macOS Terminal but not in Ghostty

I noticed this as well. I implemented this feature here: https://github.com/thecharlesjenkins/ghostty/tree/dev/charlie/support_ansi_blinking. I'll open a PR if this is the desired behavior!

Eh, not really, your impl is basically the same as mine anyway and it doesn't really matter
