Ghostty won't scroll properly when selecting text before/after visible buffer

Hello,

Sorry I'm not sure how to properly describe the issue so I will mention the steps needed to reproduce

1. Toggle full screen on
2. Generate multiple screens of output
3. Scroll up with the mouse
4. Select text with the mouse
5. Drag the mouse all the way up or down

Expected behavior
The text before/after the visible buffer is selected

Actual behavior
When moving the mouse down, nothing happen
When moving the mouse up, the buffer moves down instead of up (Only happens then the tab bar is not visible)
