Note: I am unable to create discussions behind a corporate firewall, so I must post an issue. Please forgive me.

I compiled ghostty and all of its dependencies from source. When I try to run the binary, I see the following error: error(gtk_surface): surface failed to realize: error.SystemOutdated. I am able to use certain OpenGL features, such as the system binary, glxgears, resulting in a rendered animation.. I am also able to spawn GTK windows.

Would anyone have a clue as to what is happening here?

I am running this on Centos8 where I do not have root privileges or the ability to install packages from rpm/yum, which is why I compiled everything from source.
