[MAJOR ISSUE] Titles Removed, Replaced with Unobtainable Game

When using SAM this is all I get, 1 game that is unobtainable on steam that replaced my library selection, the image below gives a visual about this bug. SAM was working fine for me in the past but today it just randomly seemed to do this and lock me out for no reason.
I tried the latest version and older versions and nothing works, the game files dont even exist and trying to uninstall it from steam does nothing (it wont uninstall). I have contacted steam about the issue of this phantom game and I hope this issue can be solved.
