Chance of being VAC Banned when using SAM while in cs2 main menu

I accidentally unlocked a game achievement ( not from cs2 ) while my cs2 was running on the main menu and i was wondering if i could be banned for that, i did a bit of research and apparently only some VAC modules are loaded at steam startup and the rest when you connect to a VAC secured server

Generally speaking, the chances are zero.

In fact the chances of getting banned by VAC when unlocking achievements on VAC-protected servers is also almost zero (at least I didn't get banned for it)
