Stats for Bloons TD 6 (960090) can't be reset

The statistics for Bloons TD 6 can't be reset in any way. I'm not loged in (to the game) and the achivements don't show up in game. if I increment the counter up when I reset it just stays the same. The achivements are IncrementOnly however other games with IO stats can be reset properly. the game also dosent have steam cloud support
