okay what i did was make a custom target component wrapper that has a position of relative and make an absolute div that has similar behaviour to the built-in beacon and set the beacon to a transparent div with 100vh height and width 100vw (take up the entire screen) but is transparent. so users will think they are clicking on the pulsating div on the target component but what they are actually clicking on is the fullscreen-sized beacon. if anyone has a better idea please do share it, because this way, users can click on any part of the screen (quite possibly parts of the screen other than the pulsating div on the target component) and still progress to the next joyride step |
