Add GDAL and Xarray lectures

It would be great to add lectures on GDAL and Xarray

Lecture on GDAL should cover both GDAL and OGR and how some drivers hybridize.

For Python, it should also cover Fiona & Rasterio details & examples.

Finally other fundamental OsGeo libraries such as PROJ (pyproj).

Other aspects of OsGeo, such as QGIS & GRASS, are prolly another lecture.
