Steps to reproduce the problem

Where hovering over a user link would bring up a user card on a pointer device, the same thing is accomplished on a touch device using a long press.

Expected behaviour

The context menu should be disabled during tap and hold gestures.

Actual behaviour

Since the context menu isn't disabled during this interaction, it will interrupt this action by opening the browser context menu.

Detailed description

To preserve context menu functionality, the opening of the context menu could potentially be deferred longer such that holding for a short period of time brings up the user card, and continuing to hold longer will bring up the context menu to allow copying the link without interrupting the user card.
