Would it be possible to use this as my client without having to migrate my account, similar to https://phanpy.social/ or https://pinafore.social/?

Motivation

I'd like to try out the client-sided features of Glitch-soc without committing to an account transfer, especially the ones that are already supported in upstream mastodon like rich text.

Hi! No, this is not planned at the moment, as this would be a significant amount of work. Furthermore, a number of glitch-soc's features (e.g. markdown or local-only posts) require backend changes.
