Websocket 끊길때마다 log남기기 + 그 시간 이후 새로운 메세지 개수 찾기 쿼리
가장 최근 메세지는 쿼리로 찾기 + 그 메세지 sse로 함께 Json 형태로
위의 두가지를 합쳐서 이벤트 발생마다 채팅방 미리보기 데이터 Json(List)로 다주기
