Add a button that directs to the ticket tracking page

Hi everyone,

I hope you're all doing well. I wanted to suggest an enhancement for GLPI agent monitor. Specifically, I'd like to propose adding a button that redirects users directly to the ticket tracking page.

By having a dedicated button, it can reduce the number of clicks and navigation steps required, ultimately improving the user experience.
