Post-MST analysis required some additional work and cleanup. I should incorporate these and/or debug them if unexpected.

Add source name as well as source unique ID to joint MST relationships
Add metadata to individual samples as part of the workflow (this was in an earlier script, removed for brevity during testing. Reincorporate)
Duplicate relationships from when MST process is stopped partway through data load. Remove these or have a check for them.
