Content style block adjustments

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The content style blocks are excellent but could use a little refinement.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Allow users to remove hyperlinks from hyperlinked text (currently have to delete the text completely)
• When you press enter after each block, reset the style to normal text.
• The exception to the above would be an item list or ordered list, which currently resets to normal text after entering the item.
• Adjust the width of the content block pop-up so the icons and text are stacked more uniformly.

Oh, right -- I should've provided images!

I'm talking about how the icons and text do not align in a consistent manner, which can be confusing the further you go down. I thought adjusting the width might help, but not sure if that's the right move since the pop-up gets smooshed with the body at smaller browser widths.
